Redmond School District Nutrition Services is excited to offer students the New USDA Healthy Menus!
Our New Healthy menus will include:
· Build your own Bars; Burrito - Super Salad - Hamburger
· More Whole Grains
· An Additional Produce Bar
· Fat free flavored milk
Student Meals must include:
A choice of 1/2 cup fruit or vegetable
NEW MEAL CHARGE POLICY for 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR (8/1/2012)
Charges- Board policy states that one meal charge is allowed as a courtesy to all students with insufficient funds. Upon charging, students may be given a charge notice to take home as a reminder the account requires reimbursement. After one unpiad meal charge, students may then recieve alternate meals until the account is reimbursed in full.
UNPAID MEAL CHARGES - STUDENTS FEES, FINES AND CHARGES (5/1/2012)
In accordance with Board Policy , JN – Student Fees, Fines and Charges, the District shall withhold the grade reports, diploma and records of any student or former student who owes $50 or more. Such records may also be withheld for any student or former student who owes less than $50. Documents withheld will be released upon payment of the debt.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR STUDENT HAS UNPAID MEAL CHARGES, WE WILL BE WORKING WITH THE SCHOOL'S ADMINISTRATION TO OBTAIN PAYMENT.
