I joined the Redmond School District July 1, 2008. Prior to joining RSD team, I worked for the Umatilla-Morrow Education Service District in Pendleton, OR. I have over ten years of human resources experience and look forward to continually improving the services our department provides to the district's greatest resources, its employees.

I have worked for the District for over 23 years in several positions, but have worked the last 13 years in Human Resources. I specialize in the areas of OFLA/FMLA, collective bargaining agreement compliance, paid leave and salary placement. Welcome to our website! I have worked for the District for over fourteen years, thirteen of those years in the Human Resources department. My primary area of expertise and responsibility is educator licensing, transcript evaluation, tuition reimbursement, position vacancies, benefit awareness, position vacancy posting, and new employee orientation. In July 2009, my responsibilities expanded to include classified employees assisting with evaluations, position vacancies and applications. My years of experience with the RSD make me a great resource to answer any of your concerns or questions related to your employment. | |

I joined the Redmond School District Human Resources team July 2009. Prior to coming to Redmond I worked in human resources for the Crook County School District. My human resources experience coupled with fifteen years experience in the insurance industry has prepared me to serve as the Benefits and Risk Specialist with RSD. Please contact me to discuss your employee benefits including OEBB health and supplemental insurance policies, 403B/457 plans, Employee Assistance Program, and unemployment benefits. I also am the person to contact for claims or changes to the District’s insurance including Liability, Property, and Worker’s compensation programs. I am happy to help you work through your questions and concerns about your district benefits and insurance.
