2012-2013 Meeting Schedule

The Board conducts school business at regularly scheduled public meetings usually held at 5:30 p.m., unless otherwise highlighted below. For more information please contact the district office at 541-923-8247.

The District welcomes citizen participation at school board meetings. Individuals wishing to speak about an agenda item may be called on at the time the item is discussed. Those who wish to speak about an item that is not on the agenda will be given an opportunity to do so at the beginning of the meeting.

From time to time, the board convenes into executive session. Executive sessions are closed to the public and are scheduled in advance of the regular meeting, except in cases of emergency. Motions and votes resulting from the executive sessions are made in open session.
