More than 20 students from Redmond High will participate in the contest held at the Clyde Moore Auditorium of Redmond High School. The winner of the competition will advance to the state contest on Saturday, March 10, 2018. The Oregon state champion will go on to the national finals held in Washington, D.C. in April 2018.

Redmond High’s Virginia Johnson will serve as master of ceremonies and Jared Rasic, film critic with The Source Weekly, will act as a guest judge.

The competition is free and open to the public.
