teachers at workAn Achievement Compact is a partnership between the state and a school district that defines key measures of student success and sets targets for achievement toward meeting the  Governor’s 40-40-20 goal for high school and college completion.

The compacts help policymakers at the state and district levels to develop budgets and set policies that are aimed at improved student achievement and make progress toward the 40/40/20 goal.

The Advisory Team, made up of RSD staff representing licensed, certified and administrative groups, recommends achievement targets and implementation plans which are incorporated into the district Strategic Plan.
