Seeking community input for potential bond

The school district is reviewing facility needs in the district for a possible maintenance, preservation and safety bond proposal for next year.

A proposal could include projects to upgrade existing schools for critical maintenance needs, instructional improvements, safety, security and energy efficiency.

The district will host a series of community meetings in October and November to gather input about community priorities, which will help the district develop a final bond proposal for a 2018 election.

These meetings will provide an opportunity for voters in the Redmond School District to learn more about district operations and programs and facility conditions as well as needs at each of the district’s 13 school buildings.

Please join us at one of these forums, to hear more about the planning process for a possible bond, share your input and get answers to questions about your school district.
